For trips to Sauvie Island, no service to the stops at NW Naito Parkway & 9th (Stop ID 9875) and 1500 Block NW Naito Parkway (Stop ID 9876). And for trips to Portland City Center, no service to the stops at NW Front & 15th (Stop ID 9892) and 1500 Block NW Naito Parkway (Stop ID 9891) due to road closure. To Sauvie, board using temp stop on NW 15th west side of rail road tracks. To Portland, board using temp stop on NW 15th west side of Naito.
Effective Aug. 23, 2026 Beginning Sunday, August 23, Line 16 will be shortened to run only between NW 44th/Yeon and Downtown Portland. Line 15 will replace Line 16 service between Sauvie Island, St. Johns and NW 44th/Yeon only during weekday commute times. Line 16 will be limited to serving only to Downtown Portland during morning commute hours and only to Yeon & 44th during afternoon commute hours.
